We are often asked if Precision Glass can replace windows through the winter and the answer is a resounding “YES!” Especially with the warm weather the Flathead Valley has been experiencing. It’s craziness but 40’s are being forecasted next week!

There’s a lot of prep work that goes into making sure you home is “windowless” for 5-10 minutes to minimize heat loss. Compare the heat loss of 5-10 minutes with no window to the heat loss from an all winter draftiness and you’ll understand why we feel that winter window replacements are a great option. Of course if it’s a blizzard outside we won’t be installing windows, we aren’t Yeti’s or Bigfoot.
