The Montana winter snows and spring/fall rains really put windows and glass through their paces. The daily hot cold cycles together with direct sunlight and wind really stresses glass. The glass at this project in the Proctor/Polson area has taken a beating over the past years as shown in the photo below:

The client’s home is in an ideal spot for great views. This unfortunately also means a bunch of wind and wind driven rain which runs down the side of this sunroom. This creates siding issues and long term threatens their foundation. Time for a change!

Kitchen sink sunroom that Precision Glass replaced for a Polson MT client

This last photo shows what the kitchen sunroom looked like before Precision Glass framed in the roof and installed the new Pella windows. The tarp helped protect the kitchen for the night with the short summer rain shower that happened in the Proctor area that night.
