Garden windows are kind of fun! True they are miserable windows for energy efficiency and typically can’t be operated like a sliding window or a single hung window but they are fun! It’s hard to tell from the above photo but there’s even glass on the top of the window so there’s 4 sides that let in sunlight. Kind of neat if you ask me!

 

Most of the time when a homeowner with a garden window calls Precision Glass it is to have it replaced like the above customer. Unfortunately with the Montana winters we have here in the Flathead Valley make the window heat loss and drafty windows more important than the neatness of garden windows.
